How Returns Work
All EyESore products are fulfilled through our global drop‑shipping partners. That means:
- Return addresses depend on the supplier
- Processing times may vary
- Some made‑to‑order items may be final sale
But don’t worry — we handle the coordination, so you don’t have to.
What You Can Return
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags attached
Just email us your order number and we’ll take it from there.
What You Can’t Return
- Final‑sale items
- Custom or made‑to‑order pieces
- Items marked “No Returns”
- Anything worn or washed
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We can help. Exchanges follow the same steps as returns and depend on supplier stock.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days. We’ll replace it fast — no extra cost, no hassle.
